A Full Home Inspection. Includes but not limited to the foundation, walls, roof, crawl, basement or slab, attic, furnace, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical sources, Exterior improvements attached to the home; such as, decking, patio, lanai, balcony. Infrared cameras are used to detect water in walls and under carpets, HVAC temperature differentials, and interior roof moisture from the attic underlayment. All findings are compiled in a report with photos and explanations as well as a full consultation. * Price for Homes up to 2,800 Square Feet of Living Space. ** $100 per 1,000 Square feet thereafter.
